WESTERNPUNK is a rawhide cousin to Steampunk. Alternate history and anachronistic science are popular themes. Adding the iconic cowboy brands the Victorian Age with a more ''rawhide'', rougher texture that has unlimited appeal.

The presentation will discuss examples of the Weird West from books, movies, television and pop culture. Our goal is to share an interest in a past that may not exist, but it should have.
