Printed Banner Advertising

The perfect opportunity to be seen at All-Con!

Five vertical banners will be displayed throughout the convention; one at registration, one in the Hospitality Suite, one in the main performance ballroom, and two in the vendor room. Each banner is six feet tall and 2.5 feet wide and will be hung from an approximate height of 7.5 feet above the floor.

Eleven positions 12" wide by 8" high are available in full color for $50 each. Your advertisement will appear on all five banners.

Advertisement graphic must be received no later than February 2, 2014.

Printed Program Advertising

Event programs will be distributed free to attendees while supplies last.

Untrimmed program size is 7" x 8.5" with .5" borders and .25" gutters. All prices are for black and white ads.

Supported graphic formats: .png, .eps, .tif, .pdf, .jpg

Art should be supplied 1:1 at 300dpi. Color artwork will be converted to gray scale for print.

Event programs are printed with color covers. Inside back cover and back cover should be supplied as color CMYK formatted files. (Our Art department can convert if you supply the original 1:1 art file.)

Advertisement graphic must be received no later than February 2, 2014.
