Cosplay Gallifrey's purpose is to promote love of both Doctor Who Fandom and Cosplay, while also celebrating its individual members and their Cosplay projects. DFW Cosplay Gallifrey goals are to promote inter-group harmony among other fan organizations and charity projects as approved by its members.
