Daryl Frazetti initially trained in biological anthropology and have a background in both biology and anthropology. Over the last 5 years he has begun researching and publishing on the pop culture areas of: Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Indiana Jones, X-Men and much more related to Science Fiction. In addition, Mr. Frazetti speak at various conventions and colleges on these topics and have taught classes on each of these topics, including Xenolinguistics. He now also publishs and speaks on teaching strategies using both literary and filmic science fiction in the sciences and social sciences.

Mr. Frazetti is active in presenting lectures on anthropology and a variety of science fiction, fantasy, adventure, and comic topics, as well as the role such topics can play in curriculum, in settings such as public schools, colleges, faculty development workshops, conventions, and conferences. Additionally, he is an Anthropological consultant for science fiction works.
