Clubs can qualify for a complimentary Club Table all three (3) days, or on individual days. The complimentary tables are limited in number. To qualify for free tables the club must have been in operation for at least 6 months prior to the convention, a club charter and list of officers must accompany the application, all displayed content must be suitable for viewing by minors, no merchandise may be sold, and the table must have at least one knowledgeable member staffing the table at all times. Two 3-day passes must be purchased to the convention at the time the request is submitted.
