At age 16, Cerina was crowned Miss Nevada Teen USA, and went on to finish in the top 15 at the nationally televised Miss Teen USA pageant. Not loving the term ''beauty queen,'' but in love with performing, Cerina moved to Los Angeles where her acting career took off at age 18. She showed off both her acting skills and athleticism as Maya, The Yellow Power Ranger in the Fox series, and #1 watched show in the world, POWER RANGERS LOST GALAXY. She quickly went from a TV super hero to a silver screen sex symbol as ''Areola'' in NOT ANOTHER TEEN MOVIE.

Cerina is not only recognized for her fit, natural physique. She was nominated for the Saturn award's ''Best Face of the Future'' for her outstanding lead performance in Eli Roth's / Lions Gate's horror sensation, CABIN FEVER!
