Kay Squared

We are a mother/daughter costuming duo in the DFW area. Anime, fantasy, sci-fi, historical, vintage, you name it, we have done it or plan on doing it.

Kayle has been sewing since she was young. Her grandma even paid for her to take sewing lessons when she was a preteen. She went on to study Theatre, focusing on Technical (Costuming) Theatre at Tyler Junior College. She has been cosplaying since she was 15. Her first cosplay was Rukia from Bleach. She cosplays historical, vintage, scifi/fantasy, and anime.

Sandi has been sewing since she was 3 or 4. Her first ''formal'' sewing lessons were from the local Singer Sewing Store when she was 7. She had a huge gap in costuming as life interfered. She cosplays scifi/fantasy, historical, and vintage.
