Five Sided Fates is a DFW-based organization specializing in TTRPG and Dungeons & Dragons events for conventions, festivals, and community spaces. We’re a team of lifelong gamers, cosplayers, and storytellers who know how to create an unforgettable tabletop experience for both newcomers and seasoned players.
Our organization is run by Jeri and KC, two women with years of experience running high-volume Dungeons & Dragons rooms, organizing themed panels, and building inclusive spaces in the tabletop community.
We believe in inclusive, story-driven adventures that bring people together through the magic of collaborative play.

Think you can build an entire cosplay on a dollar-store budget? The Dollar Store Cosplay Challenge is back!
Contestants get 30 days and 30 dollars to create a costume using items that cost $1 or less each. No reusing your old closet cosplay pieces.
Participants will document their builds with receipts and process photos, then show off their masterpieces in a live runway presentation and judging panel at AllCon 2026. Spectators are encouraged to attend the runway show for laughs, cheers, and inspiration for their own next low budget masterpiece.
You have 30 days and 30 dollars to make a costume. Can you do it? Contestants will compete to create the most creative, convincing, or hilarious cosplay made entirely from items that cost $1 or less. They will bring receipts, photos, and their finished costumes to show off live on stage. Join us for this fun and chaotic runway event that proves you do not need a big budget to have a big imagination.
