All levels of ability are welcomed, even those who wish to dance in their chairs. Movement doesn't have to be done on ones feet to work the entire system- join in!

The snake represents transformation. In this workshop, bring out your inner mage, sorceress and battle-ready shield maiden all at once, as we tear down that which stands in your way, and transform ourselves into The Witch-Maven through snake-like movements, haunting music and earth-energy, which rises at your command. All levels of ability are welcomed, but the F-bomb may be yelled out.
