Think you can build an entire cosplay on a dollar-store budget? The Dollar Store Cosplay Challenge is back!

Contestants get 30 days and 30 dollars to create a costume using items that cost $1 or less each. No reusing your old closet cosplay pieces.

Participants will document their builds with receipts and process photos, then show off their masterpieces in a live runway presentation and judging panel at AllCon 2026. Spectators are encouraged to attend the runway show for laughs, cheers, and inspiration for their own next low budget masterpiece.

You have 30 days and 30 dollars to make a costume. Can you do it? Contestants will compete to create the most creative, convincing, or hilarious cosplay made entirely from items that cost $1 or less. They will bring receipts, photos, and their finished costumes to show off live on stage.
